To start the process, we get to know you and your project, seeking clarity around your lifestyle objectives. Here we determine things such as timescales, priorities, and pinpointing your requirements. Throughout our conversations, we’ll focus on your must-haves, non-negotiables, and future plans while navigating you through any concerns you might have about planning, budgets and work schedules.
To be able to carry out the planning stages sufficiently, a Measured Survey will provide a detailed and accurate report about the floor plan, roof plan, elevation, and cross-sections.
This involves producing a 3D model of the existing property including floor plans with furniture/kitchen layouts, elevations, and sections.
Preparing the planning application pack, design access statement & supporting statements as well as the liaison with the local authority.
Preparing the building regulations pack & submitting it on behalf of the client. We assist in coordinating other consultants as required & prepare a full set of technical drawings for Construction.
We work with our Quantity Surveyor on every project to provide you with a detailed breakdown of the estimated construction cost and timeline. This ensures your project aligns with your financial expectations, and your vision is achieved within budget.
Using our own in-house construction team this phase sees your project truly come to life.
Whether you want to maximise your space using correctly placed furniture, or you need help choosing the right colour palette for the space, our Interior Design service is the phase to head to if you're looking for the finishing touch to your project.
Often forgotten about when completing a home renovation, the garden is equally as important as your indoor space. Whether it's a full remodel & execution or a design plan that you're after, we can add this to your full project scope or as a stand-alone quotation.
The final phase of the journey, but one not to be forgotten, if we have taken you through the planning and construction phase. We will oversee the completion of the project obtaining the necessary certifications and sign-offs.
