This involves producing a 3D model of the existing property including floor plans with furniture/kitchen layouts, elevations, and sections.

Preparing the planning application pack, design access statement & supporting statements as well as the liaison with the local authority.

Preparing the building regulations pack & submitting it on behalf of the client. We assist in coordinating other consultants as required & prepare a full set of technical drawings for Construction.

We work with our Quantity Surveyor on every project to provide you with a detailed breakdown of the estimated construction cost and timeline. This ensures your project aligns with your financial expectations, and your vision is achieved within budget.
